All items start the printing process as soon as they are purchased. We print to order and because of this ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we have a policy of NO RETURNS. A order can CANNOT be cancelled once the order has completed the checkout process and has been purchased.
We try to keep shipping at a low cost or free with bundled orders for you. Please double check your details at checkout. We are not able to refund orders sent to wrong addresses due to customer error. One printing, cutting and packaging is complete we will ship your order as soon as possible. Please know we ship orders Monday -Friday. Friday after 1:00pm is considered next business day (Monday).
In most cases YCT Cards arrive between 5 to 7 days. If we can get them to you faster, we will. We cannot rush an order that is in process. Please do not promise your customers Yard Cards themes or options in your order until you have received them physically from a delivery.
