Office HOURS
Our office hours are:


  • 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Thursday.

  •  9:00am - 12:00pm Friday

  •  Saturday & Sunday: Away from the computer/CLOSED 

We follow our printing schedule and we utilize Saturday & Sunday to work on orders going to print first thing Monday morning so we will be away from email during these days. We also set up our own Yard Card Arrangements so we are away from our computer setting up early in the morning and picking up in the late evening.

How & Why are some of your designs different?

We choose designs from our favorite artists. Some of these artist use watercolors, acrylic paints and other art medias before uploading their work. We like to think of Yard Card Arrangements as building an arrangement similar to completing a flower arrangement or an overall picture. Don't get us wrong- We love emojis and flair (We will offer those types of designs) but if you're looking for something a little more unique and to set you apart we want to help you do that. Because of the type of media the artist uses some print lines will not be solid- we go with the artist look on these type prints. It is one of the things we feel makes those particular Yard Card Sets Unique.

In the future we also want to help you do up-selling of your products with design custom work- we are not there yet but it's on the horizon. 

Yard Card Toppers are delivered between 5-7 days. While we do make every accommodation to get your cards to you even sooner and often do - various factors such as equipment failures, technical difficulties, or anything else outlines under “ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY” section of our Terms & Conditions document may affect our turnaround time. Please do not promise your clients Yard Cards on your order until they have arrived in your hands safety.

Future custom orders or jobs that require proofs may require additional production time. In addition, large orders may require additional processing time.


WARRANTY / REFUNDS warrants that the products and/or services will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The Help Claim form must be submitted within 72 hours of Fed Ex Delivery.’s examination disclose to its satisfaction that the products and/or services in question were in fact defective.  THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE or MISUSE, OR THAT HAS BEEN USED.

DO NOT USE products that you're submitting a claim for . It will VOID your claim!

There is in the .5 inch white area around the card, we do not consider this damage if the defect is within this area.

Cards are made to be seen from a far and if the graphic is in good shape then the card will be considered acceptable.  


Customer must notify by email within 3 business days of Fed Ex’s delivery receipt of the ordered products if there are any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied.

If we verify that we made an error, we will start fixing the problem for you immediately. 

In order to properly identify any issues with the product, reserves the right to request photos or return of the product for verification. If your package arrives damaged, we suggest first reporting the package as damaged with the delivering driver. Make sure to take photos of the damage to the package as well as the damage to its contents/product. If we are not given proper documentation to file a claim (photos of the product AND package), the claim and reorder will be denied. This is for the sake of honesty and quality control. YardCardToppers will not assume that a product is printed incorrectly based solely on a customer’s word.

After Payment is made, All Sales Are Final. We do not keep Yard Cards in stock and every order is deemed custom and printing order is placed when payment is made.
For this reason we cannot cancel a order once payment is made. Yard Card Toppers is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our website due to the customer mistake. Double check your delivery address and your order before payment. The printing process starts as soon as payment is made so we can get your Yard Cards to you as soon as we can. 

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING CARRIER THAN FEDEX? can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up.

PAYMENT AND PROCESSING will not process any order until we have received payment for it; that means that your credit card is charged when you place your order with us, not when it ships. We DO NOT keep your credit card information on hand for any reason, once it is charged it goes through our card processor. We keep the last 4 digits only so that you can reference the credit card you used to make your purchase.


Lost or damaged shipments must be reported to YardCardToppers immediately upon discovering the loss or damage. is not responsible for 3rd part shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments. We will take note on your order and direct you to FEDEX with your tracking number, if you need escalation please reach out to us and we will help you to the best of our ability. Double check your delivery address and your order before payment.


All of our designs have been personally approved and/or licenses purchased for to sell at We do not offer Copyrighted Themed Yard Cards for purchase. Some examples are Fortnite, Disney, D.C. Comics etc. You will often see for example: a "GAMING" theme rather than a Fortnite or Minecraft theme. 

Do you do custom designs?

It doesn't hurt to ask, if I have time I would be glad too. Custom designs take longer.
